Bookings, cancellations, refunds, memberships and privacy. If anything here is unclear, ask before you book.
Bookings
Sessions are booked online and confirmed by email immediately. A reminder is sent approximately 24 hours before the session.
Bookings close 24 hours before a session starts. If you need a session sooner than that, send an enquiry and it will be accommodated where possible.
Tutoring currently runs tuesday, 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Additional times are released on the booking page as they become available.
Cancellations and refunds
With 24 hours notice or more, a session can be rescheduled or refunded in full.
With less than 24 hours notice, the session is normally non refundable. Discretion is exercised for genuine exceptional circumstances such as illness, family emergency or a school commitment that could not be foreseen.
If a session needs to be cancelled by the tutor, it is rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full, whichever you prefer.
Memberships and digital resources
Student and teacher memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Student memberships include a 7 day free trial. If the membership is cancelled during the trial, no payment is taken.
Digital resources are licensed for personal use by the purchasing student, or for classroom use by the purchasing teacher. Resources may not be redistributed, resold or shared outside that use.
Because digital resources are delivered immediately, individual resource and bundle purchases are generally non refundable. If a resource is not as described, contact us and it will be resolved.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by a third party payment provider. Card details are never stored on this website.
All prices are in Australian dollars.
Sessions and conduct
Sessions are taught by Ramsay Hussein, an experienced NSW secondary teacher. Students are expected to arrive on time, bring the work being discussed and complete tasks set between sessions.
Online sessions may not be recorded by students without prior consent.
Privacy
Information collected through booking and enquiry forms is used only to arrange tutoring, deliver resources and respond to enquiries. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Student information is limited to what is needed to teach effectively: year group, subjects and the work being reviewed.
